How should I care for homeware pieces?
For ceramic and glass homeware, hand-wash with mild soap and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid sudden temperature changes and abrasive cleaners to protect the finish.
Are homeware products food-safe and heat-safe?
Product use depends on the item. Check the product description for food-safe and heat guidance before use. Decorative-only pieces should not be used with food or direct heat.
Are products shown on the website always in stock?
Not always. Stock can change quickly during launches. If an item is unavailable, it may return after a restock or appear in a future collection drop.
What does Live or Not Launched mean for products?
Live products are available to customers on the shop page. Not Launched products are still in preparation and visible only in the admin workflow.
Can I return or exchange a product?

What if my homeware item arrives damaged?
